I believe it's Golden Retriever Rescue which sometimes takes out ads in the paper with something to the effect, "looking for a Golden Retriever?" They are able to accomplish quite a bit of education with this. Maybe Cavalier rescue or some of us (I'd be willing to help pay and staff the phones here) could take out such an ad, especially in areas of the country where the puppymills are heavily advertising. There are ads placed by the commercial breeders OFTEN in the newspapers in Oklahoma. :-(
