I know someone who is trying to get the AKC to send letters to all the
brokers who are advertising "AKC" on their site--under the section where
they say with which registry they register their puppies with, when in fact
none of that broker's puppies are eligible for registration with AKC.

The AKC has told this person they don't care about the false advertising.

Is this true? Are they saying they will even outright refuse to even send a
simple letter to these people? And if so--WHY?

I find it apalling that these brokers can outright lie telling *the world*
their puppies are AKC registerable when in fact they aren't at all--and the
AKC could care less and will do nothing about it.
