I think the first couple of seasons may not mean much of anything. Yes, they could be giving you some idea of what is to come, but maybe not. They could very well *straighten out* over the next year. However if it continues I believe the seasons must be at least 4 months apart for a bitch to be able to implant eggs properly and carry a healthy, normal sized, viable litter to term--preferably closer to 4.5 months apart. Less than 4 months between seasons and the uterine lining is not ready for implantation. This could mean no puppies, tiny litters with not-so thriving puppies, resorptions, etc. Let's hope it is nothing more than immaturity and her seasons will spread out as things *settle*.
