Hey Phyllis, haven't heard much from you in a long time. I always enjoy your thought provoking ideas that are always so well stated. It is obvious you put a great deal of thought into every aspect of your dogs well-being. I remember hearing about your idea of a fine for going against your breeding terms but the person who told me did not do as good a job of explaining how it works as you did.
