We now have a tiny hole in a screen door, after two years' worth of Remy
jumping up to "knock" on the door when he wants to come back in
(unfortunately, I can't get a doggie-door-explaining this would take too
long). Since hardware cloth was described as a heavy mesh, I wonder if it
would be more likely that a nail would catch on it --? If not, does anyone
think it would help preserve the existing screen door (the screen is a very
fine mesh) if we install hardware cloth on top of it, or is there anything
else someone can recommend to repair/preserve a screen door?
Thanks in advance!!
Alida
