Dear Myra,
Doesn't the CKCS breed show standard specify clearly what type of
head "should be"? I know different judges and people interpret
standards differently but who writes the standard? Isn't it the
breeders?

Can the standard be amended by vote of the council or whatever? I am
just a pet owner so I really have no copy of the cavalier show
conformation standards. Are they different in CKCSC and AKC?

Respectfully,
Maureen Kopper

>You know what puzzles me sometimes? The word "type". So often, it means
