Well, this is one of those times when I wish I had good firm reasons, but really I don't. I guess my main objection to the puppy back is that it increases the cost of the puppy so much. If you pay $2500 and then take a puppy back who is also a nice little bitch puppy, then it seems to me as if the puppy buyer actually paid $5000 (maybe even more) for the original puppy. The second reason is that it seems that it puts the puppy buyer into the position of having to breed the original puppy whether they want to or not in order to satisfy the obligation of the puppy back. This is just one of those things where I have an opinion, but it doesn't count for much, and it's based solely on personal opinion. It is just an opinion, and not intended as an insult to anyone.
