She had produced it in several puppies in a litter.  Both she and the sire
were clear, but the puppies had it.  So, we assumed that both clear parents
were carriers for it.  The canine eye person agreed.  When bred to our
Robbie, all five pups were crystal clear and clean as whistles.  So....that
did even more to convince us that the bitch carried for the condition, and
Robbie does not.  The canine eye doc says that to repeat the breeding would
give us even more information.  Myra
