Yes, Alida, Part of the problem IS the influence of some breeders that have a staunch anti-AKC stance and have poisoned alot of pet owners minds into thinking that AKC breeders aren't as trustworthy to care for the breed as CKCSC breeders are. They are a tight little network that seems to have been able to reach alot of members. It really is a frustrating state of affairs for those of us that want to enjoy both venues, peacefully.......and it appears getting these breeders and members to lose their "fear" will certainly take some time, if at all.
