If you do not provide one of the listed tests it is published as not provided. You would have every opportunity to make your own decisions and answer any questions as to what you provided or did not from anyone who chose to inquire with you in any manner you wished. There would be no re-purcussions through legislation in the club for anything you did or did not provide. It would just be public and easily accessable to everyone. What about that?
