Dave,
I don't think it would help a lot.  I will bet that there would be many
breeders who would "not provide" anything.  The reason?  Because they would
think that if they provided 4 results and left one blank, everyone would
assume the dog "flunked" that test.  I have heard this from more than one
long-time successful breeder as a reason they don't OFA, don't provide
testing paperwork on pups, etc.
