Haven't had a dog allergic to grass, but I once had a mare who was allergic to
grass if it had dew on it...... only solution was to keep her confined till the
dew dried up. Grass wet from rain didn't bother her at all.....
Low protein problems would probably be exacerbated by a raw diet. I have one dog
who is on Senior diet (any senior diet will do, as they are all low-protein)...no
need for the bitch to be fed on a prescription diet, if intolerance of high
protein is truly her problem. Any senior diet would do the trick.
Talk to the Dalmatian people...intolerance of high protein is very common in
Dals.
