Can anyone give me some advice on allergies in Cavaliers? One of my puppies who is now 5 months old has a rash on his tummy. The owners have asked if I have any thoughts on what to do? I have never had an allergy problem with any of my 4. A local breeder told me that this is not an uncommon problem and usually it is food related. She suggested putting the puppy on a turkey- rice dog food for three weeks with nothing else to eat and see if the rash went away. Do any of you have any other suggestions or information that would be of help? Thank you, Berta Warden
