First - has a vet seen this puppy and determined this is an allergy reaction?
 Puppies frequently develop a staph infection on their tummies which needs
antibiotics to clear up.  Food allergies do not usually cause a tummy rash.
Sites most often affected by allergy are feet, ears, and face.
