Does anyone clever with genetics know when a dog can be declared a dominant tricolour? I have 2 tri boys who have their first puppies due this month and as their parents are both tricolour I believe they could carry the black gene only. I am fairly clueless as far as genetics are concerned so any information would be helpful.
