Hi Norma,
    I believe that they would each have to sire several litters to blenheims
or rubies and have all of the offspring black factored before you can
comfortably feel that they are dominant tri's. If any blenheims or rubies
should appear--they're not dominant. It's also possible that one could be
dominant and not the other.
