Not true. If there is a blenheim (red) or ruby (red) somewhere in the
background, you do NOT necessarily get all tricoloured pups from two tris.

Cavaliers inherit color/markings in two ways. One is they either inherit
red or black...the other is they inherit either solid color or parti color.
Cavalier colour inheritance is so simple, I do not understand why people
who are breeding don't understand it. It is explained VERY simply in the John
Evans book.
