Hello all - Please help me, I am about to scream. I have already responded to two emails from people looking to buy a Cavalier puppy for someone else for Christmas. My responses were short and not all that nice. Could someone please help me draft a response that would be a little more educational and not so hostile! Obviously these people need help and I at the moment, do not have the mindset to be that tolerant! Thank you very much.
