*sigh*

It would have been better for me to have said that free software
developers (not counting the ones at Transvirtual) have been focusing
more effort towards the Classpath project (as opposed to the Kaffe
libs).

Unless I've missed something, all major enhancements to the Kaffe libs
have been coming from Transvirtual.  Random free software hackers have
been mainly providing small patches to fix bugs.
