The log file is generated before the adding of the icon. If the log file
is not even generated, we will know the problem is before it.

Jackie, while I am waiting for this student to respond, I have a
question... since the Agent doesn't even open to allow me to log in (nor
does the icon display next to the time) does a log file generate at all?
