According to Cisco documentation at

Clean Access only supports authentication on 64-bit OS Windows.
Yet I have a Windows Vista Home Premium 64 machine failing on:
Failed Checks:
pc_vista64, Registry Check [\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Wow6432Node\
exists ]
pc_KB941644_1_MS08-001_Vista, File Check [$SYSTEM_32\tcpipcfg.dll
later than [C]01/07/2008 00:00:00]
From my understanding the pc_vista64 check is OR'd with a batch of
other patches so it will always show up in the failed checks list of
vista 32-bit systems. The culprit here is the pc_KB941644 patch. Good
luck with Vista patches, sometimes you can't do anything to get windows
to update that file date even when you uninstall and reinstall the patch
several times... We have at least 15 exceptions due to various systems
and vista patches that simply won't update the file date.
