You guys are all way ahead of me as to why I am getting the results I am
getting, but it is only Neale's advice that works. That is
[prjctOne/prjctOne "1.0.0-SNAPSHOT"] works, but
[prjctOne "1.0.0-SNAPSHOT"] does not.

Actually this is incorrect; you never need to specify the group ID if
it's the same as the artifact ID.
