you're confusing "committee" with "dictators". this discussion happening out
in the open is what provides representation. people forming a committee
simply ensures that what is decided gets done.
as for hyperbole, deciding that we could use a new look to the website is
hardly deciding the fate of us all.
re: the communications officer position, i have to agree with pretty much
everything that Jarrod said in his reply.
