Me thinks that time change there is because most European countries insist on using UTC vs the way we set our computer system clocks to the LOCAL time on or from our BIOS instead of the other way round. I've tried the UTC way too but then I get heck from the other serious Linux users and am told to set my clock right even though the time would be right if they set theirs to UTC too. So it's an all or none situation. I think that's the thing with India though.
