It's actually species the quaram for ier two members in 8.1.a > Here in Edmonton we when with a fairly low quorum so that we weren't > hampered by voter apathy. Yes. We bumped it down to eight for that reason. They don't seem to like percentages. go figure. Thanks Mark!
