This is mostly guesswork but I think there are a fair number of places with easy access to the Uni. Not sure if the rates are "resonable" you will probably get lots more info from others. Never > done this before! Car insurance, Driving license etc. officially you have 3 months to change over I think, though you my be able to get round it by maintaining an address in BC.
