We've been here almost 1 month now, and I should hopefully make this month's meeting - assuming there is one...
I guess most of my experiences won't be very relevant, since I was coming from out of the country, but one thing we did find was that the rental market seems to be a bit slow at the moment. There wasn't much about when we looked, although there did seem to be a bunch more places coming up in July and August, so you might have more luck.
