Asterisk works great. Haven't had a chance to build it into an LTSP server as 
of yet but maybe soon. 100Mbps is bare min in mho. I would recommend looking at 
VoIP phones, switches etc that support PoE as well. Then you can get power, 
data and voice over one line.
