Agreed, but only those that use IE specific features/integration with 
Windows.  Which as any web developer knows is a Bad Thing (tm).  Such 
tools are only good for internal networks, where one could control what 
browsers are in use.

That said, while there are a number of tools that are IE only, there are 
also a number that are not...

So there... :P  LOL
