I've moved several companies now from Kolab to Scalix.  Most of the time it's 
been because the Trolltech connector for Outlook sucks.  I have a hard time 
envisioning a successful Kolab install.

Heck, with as much closenes as there (at least initially) was between KDE and 
Kolab, it's telling that even QT is now using Scalix.  (And has a connector 
for integrating Kontact already included with PIM Enterprise, which is 
awesome).

I most certainly would admit to a personal bias here, but Scalix has worked 
great for myself and for many of our customers.
