Not sure, I've never done it.  I just figured xnview may be able to do
it (since it does so much else.)  It may very well not be able to add
exif tags the way you want.

I have no idea what you're talking about here... perhaps more sleep
and less medication (and a spell checker ;-) would be in order here.
