As far as I know, Shaw doesn't have unencrypted (clear QAM) digital channels. You could use composite/S-video inputs to the card, but that's not HD - your cable box would downconvert to standard def, which makes no sense. Your only option for HD with these cards is ATSC, or off the air HDTV signal: here in Calgary CTV on UHF 36 and Global on UHF 41 (I think).
