> Find out who in your company has POTS That's kind of the problem... There is only 1 'real' PSTN line coming into the building and that's what the modem is plugged into. That's current with Rogers, and they're dropping service in Alberta.
The rest of our system is VoIP with Cisco equipment (I did promote Asterisk when they were putting it in). Gustin: if you want to give it a try (for giggles) I can let you know the access number to see if you can actually get a reliable connection via Shaw Digital Phone.
