AFAIK,
clutter-1.0 gles backends are brocken.

There are two patches in master that re-enable gles support.
However, developers of that patches did not test on gles1.x and eglnative.
Only gles2.0+glx are know to work on samsung HW.

In practice, I was not able to run eglnative on imx51.Trying clutter-1.0 +
the two gles enabling patches.
Still trying to figure out the problem.
I however went a bit farther, eglGetConfigs succeded for me. But then
drawing is not working. clutter is only capable of clearing the screen.
