My facility is looking at changing software companies. The frontrunners seem to be
VistaKEANE, Advanced Answers on Demand, and Compudata. I would be very interested in
hearing from people currently using any of these products. Please define pros and
cons,tech support responsiveness, adaptability and expandability, upgrades to "keep
up" with the industry, etc.
