Thanks for your assistance We use Accu-med (Accumax) and it is very user friendly, except the report maker.  It has a lot of options.  For the MDS itself, I find it a good system.  We have very few problems with the software.  We have used it for two years.  We just merged with another company though and will be changing to Achieve, of which I have never seen or used.  Anyone else?    Sherri
