I worked in a medical office prior to working in LTC so I don't know how
useful my reply will be, but we used Compudata for about 8 years.  We found
it very self limiting, very expensive for tech support, expecially if they
needed to come and change a battery, and very expensive to upgrade every
year.  Then again, this was a medical practice and I've been in LTC for 2
years and we stopped using their services a year prior to my leaving, so
maybe they've changed or are completely different with LTC. ???
