I have used Achieve for four years and like the program. We have had some bugs but the support people have always been willing to work them out for us. Some of our problems were because our company did not actually have a large enough server for all the people on the system....we have 32 facilities and you could tell when everyone was on because it slowed down. The actual software is good and user friendly. There are also lots of reports that you can pull that are very useful. Thanks for your assistance We use Accu-med (Accumax) and it is very user friendly, except the report maker.  It has a lot of options.  For the MDS itself, I find it a good system.  We have very few problems with the software.  We have used it for two years.  We just merged with another company though and will be changing to Achieve, of which I have never seen or used.  Anyone else?    Sherri
