I have a question regarding correcting mds's that are pps. I have already transmitted an assmt to the state and it has been accepted. I found a few days later that the resident was receiving skilled rehab am I able to submit a correction mds? And if I can how far back can you correct the mds's? I need to know if and where in the final rule this is covered so I can see the policy.   thanks   D Smith
