We have a resident who is non-ambulatory and had been bed - bound for at least nine years other than a transfer for a new bed...(No, she does not get showers or get weighed due to refusal) She was sent to the hospital and is returning today. Due I count that transfer in section g? How about leaving the unit? On unit/off unit?
