Hello Everyone,
Just to make sure I have this down right. If a resident that is
utilizing med a benefits, goes on a loa or to the hospital for 24 hours
observation, but then returns, I wound just readjust the med a
assessment. I would not have to start all over with a new 5 day mds? I
was always taught that if they are out over midnight you have to start
with the five day assessment.
