we have a resident that's being covered  under Part A secondary to PT 5 x/wk. Resident had a fall and had R shoulder fx. Resident declined from her prior functioning and we did COC assmnt. aside from the 30th assmnt. we did not combined the two because it will be too late for the 30th day assmnt. RUG score of the COC was CB1 and it was coded as 3/8. 30th day assmnt. was RMB.  This resident still on PT 5 /wk. So my question is did we do it right?
