Ooohhh - um, having a late ARD is a biggie.  Do you mean you used grace days, or you were beyond the grace days?  Using the grace days for good reason is fine, and they're not "late".  If you determine to use a day beyond the acceptable ARD, that one's not OK, and I have never done it in 10 years & more.  The facility gets paid default payment.  I have closed assessments late when we were made to work the floor and couldn't do MDS, or for other "forced by facility" reasons, but never because I set the ARD beyond the acceptable range.  Corey ----- Original Message ----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Sunday, November 16, 2003 8:30 AM Subject: Re: late MDS's Diane, Do you mean the ARD was late or the assessments were late in being submitted past the 30 days?
