I meet most of the families @ the time of admission, ususally just briefly, to schedule their family members careplan. At my current facility the attendance of families is very highl, usually 90-95% of residents and/ or families attending. This holds true for even for those residents that have been here a long time and are fairly stable. I alot them 30min increments for the careplans.
