I’d rather submit one late occasionally because I misjudged
a date, was drowning in other tasks and lost track of time, or was unable to get
my interdisciplinary team member to complete their tasks promptly, and suffer the
consequences than be accused of falsification of records, or be placed in a situation
where I would be forced to “fudge” dates. It happens….I just try to correct the
problem as soon as possible so that we don’t start a pattern. -----Original
Message----- I was wondering if any RNAC's would
care to share if any of you ever submitted a late assessment. According to my
administrator, I am the only one she has ever heard of who has! The ones she
worked with previously were perfect. Maybe she is right, I am just asking. |
