RE: late MDS's

I’d rather submit one late occasionally because I misjudged a date, was drowning in other tasks and lost track of time, or was unable to get my interdisciplinary team member to complete their tasks promptly, and suffer the consequences than be accused of falsification of records, or be placed in a situation where I would be forced to “fudge” dates.
