.... We had a resident - constipated, not impacted - the nurse documented
impaction inappropriately - would you guys document in the nurses's progress note to
justify why you did not check impaction on the MDS and if so what would you write or
would you have the nurse who documented inappropriately make a note? Thank you in
advance.
