Lately, surveyors have been have been scrutinizing MDS. One time they found a behavior on the 30th day that the SW did not capture. I suggest that when the facility gets burned, the powers will pay attention. Maybe a QI initiative might help.

As a matter of fact, dietary also works ahead. If we don't give it to her, she goes to the powers that be and complains. So we end up giving in.
