RE: Problem with Activities section

Why is she signing if she is not doing the MDS?  Does she not realize that this is a liability issue?  What if she got subpoened to court to explain why she had coded her sections a certain way?  If I complete the MDS, I sign it.  I would not allow someone else to sign what I had done.    Brenda W.
