Why is she signing if she is not doing the MDS? Does she not realize that this is a liability issue? What if she got subpoened to court to explain why she had coded her sections a certain way? If I complete the MDS, I sign it. I would not allow someone else to sign what I had done.

I guess I would be the one that would get burned on this. As I have stated previously, our S.W. has nothing to do w/MDS, but she signs it.
