does the order include how many minutes each day they are anticipated to
receive each day?

I thought it wasnt' ok to say 5-7 days?

Subject: Therapy orders


We take an eval and treat order on our admission orders.Once the eval is
completed,we then do a telephone order with a clarification.Our cert to the
doctor includes the full clarification order.We have done it this way as
long as I can remember and I've been in LTC for a LONG time.
