The order says how many times a week and for how many weeks.It includes the exact
modalities.The minutes are not included.Rehab wanted more flexibility.They usually
give 45-60 on our very high patients.We were afraid if we stated minutes that there
were too many variables.i.e.total mins per day,per ref period,etc etc
